Terms and conditions
Placing an order is a request to buy the items shown at the prices calculated at checkout.
Prices and stock
Prices are in Pakistani rupees. The server recalculates every line, discount, delivery fee, and wrap fee when the order is placed. If stock has changed, the order is refused instead of being confirmed at an old quantity.
Acceptance
A cash-on-delivery order is recorded as confirmed and unpaid. Payment is due when the parcel is delivered. Cancelling before dispatch can be requested through the contact form.
Product descriptions
Descriptions state the food, the pack, and the origin used in the catalogue. They are not a medical claim and they are not a certification.
Accounts
You are responsible for the password on your account. Administrators can update order status. Customers can see their own orders.
Liability
Delivery dates are estimates. The returns page explains what to do if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
